Breakfast-Friendly Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

When are cookies breakfast-appropriate? Not a riddle's initial sentence or a trick question. It's alright if they're the appropriate cookies. 

Ingredient

– 1 cup unsweetened applesauce – ⅓ cup creamy almond butter – 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey – ½ teaspoon almond extract – 1 ½ cup oat – ½ teaspoon cinnamon – ¼ teaspoon baking powder – ¼ teaspoon baking soda – ¼ teaspoon sea salt – 2 tablespoons almond flour – ½ cup raisin

Direction

Warm the oven up to 350 F and put parchment paper on a baking sheet.

Apple sauce, almond butter, maple syrup, and almond flavour should all be mixed together.

Mix in oats, cinnamon, baking powder, soda, and salt.Fold in almond flour, then raisins.

Spread out 15 cookies, each about ¼ cup in size, on the baking sheet.
