Bacon-wrapped Little Smokies (also known as'meat candy') are bacon-wrapped sausages with a caramelising brown sugar glaze. It's the perfect holiday or game day appetiser!
– 1 package (14 oz) little smokie– 1 package (16 oz) bacon– 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar

Pre-heat the oven to 375℉. Line a 12"x17" rimmed baking sheet with foil or parchment.

Slice each bacon strip into three thinner/thicker strips.1 16-ounce bacon packageWrap a little smokie sausage in bacon.

It should be seam-side down on a parchment or foil-lined baking sheet. Keep going with the remaining little sausages and bacon strips.

One 14-ounce package little smokies
On the baking sheet, sprinkle brown sugar over bacon-wrapped smokies.

1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
After 25–35 minutes, the bacon should be crispy and the smokies hot.

Transfer them to a serving platter after cooling for 3-5 minutes from the oven. Serve these warm from the oven right away!
