Nutella Fudge Hearts Recipe 

Quick-to-make Nutella Fudge is excellent for Valentine's Day heart shapes. Kid-friendly and quick, this dish takes minutes.  

INGREDIENTS

– ½ cup hazelnuts (60 grams) – 14 ounce can condensed milk – 2 teaspoons vanilla – 8 ounces semisweet chocolate (225 grams) – 1 cup Nutella – 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (45 grams) – 1 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP-1

Heat the oven to 350°F. Wrap an 8x8 or 9x9 square pan in foil, letting it overhang the sides. Spray non-stick baking release on the pan.  

STEP-2

Toast hazelnuts on a rimmed baking sheet for 7–10 minutes until golden brown and aromatic. See my Hazelnut Gianduja Cake post for easy skin removal.  

STEP-3

Put everything except salt in a large microwave bowl. To melt butter, chocolate, Nutella, and condensed milk, microwave for 3 minutes on half power.  

STEP-4

Put the bowl over a pan of simmering water and whisk to melt everything after a few minutes.  

STEP-5

Mix items thoroughly. Pour into pan. and smooth. Add sea salt if desired.  

STEP-6

Set and stiffen in the fridge for several hours. Use the foil to remove the fudge from the pan. Flatten the foil on the table.
