Sprinkle cook-and-serve pudding on frozen cinnamon buns.DO NOT make pudding first. Mix dry powder and sprinkle.

Melt butter and drizzle over pudding/cinnamon rolls.
Put it in the fridge overnight with tin foil and cooking spray on the pan's underside.

Morning, remove cinnamon rolls and let rise in a warm place until doubled (approximately 1 hour). They should rise above the baking dish.

Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Check rolls after 20 minutes-time may vary. Tops will be golden brown. While warm, ice cinnamon buns with bagged icing.
