Make your appetizers or snacks better with these crispy avocado fries that are baked until they are golden brown.
INGREDIENT
– 2 large avocados (See Kelly’s Note)– 1 lime– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour– 1 teaspoon Tajin seasoning (optional)– 2 large egg– 1 1/2 cups Panko breadcrumb– Cooking spray– Ketchup or Ranch dressing, for serving

INSTRUCTION
Heat the oven to 400°F. Parchment a baking sheet. Whisk flour and Tajin seasoning (optional) in a shallow dish. Whisk eggs in a second shallow bowl. Add breadcrumbs to a third shallow dish.

Step 1
Peel, pit, and cut avocados into 1/2-inch wedges. Apply lime juice to avocado slices to coat.

Step 2
Dredge the avocado slices in the flour mixture, brushing off excess, then dip them in the eggs and breadcrumbs to coat all sides.

Step 3
Place the breaded avocado slices on the baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.

Step 4
Bake the avocado fries for 10 minutes, flip them, spray them again with cooking spray, and bake for 10–15 minutes until golden brown. Your choice of dipping sauces for fries.
