Delicious Easy Italian Grilled Lamb Chops Recipe

Grilled Lamb Chops with Ammoglio Sauce are perfect for warmer weather. Grilled lamb goes well with fresh, flavorful ammoglio sauce.

LAMB – 2.5 pounds of lamb chop – 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil – 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar – 1 clove of garlic – finely chopped fresh mint – juice of one lemon – salt – pepper AMMOGLIO SAUCE – 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil – juice of one lemon – 2 large tomatoe – 1 clove garlic – 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary – 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint – 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

LAMB Mix lamb marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Pour marinade over lamb chops and mix well. Leave the chops marinating for at least an hour or overnight.

AMMOGLIO SAUCE Mix the ammoglio ingredients in a medium bowl. Let sit at room temperature for 45 minutes.

Set the grill outside to medium-high heat. Remove the lamb from the sauce.

Grill until desired. The markings on both sides show sweating, indicating medium rare (our grill took 5 minutes per side).
