– 6 boneless pork chop– 1 can (20 oz) pineapple slices with juice– 1/2 cup soy sauce– 1/4 cup light brown sugar– 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar– 1 tablespoon tomato paste– 4 cloves garlic

Put pork chops in the bottom of your slow cooker. Cover the pork with the pineapple slices and juice (just dump the whole can in).

Put the garlic cloves, rice vinegar, soy sauce, light brown sugar, and tomato paste in the slow cooker. Mix it well, and then put the pineapple slices on top of the pork.

Put the lid on top and cook on LOW heat for 6 to 8 hours.
