– 3 cups quick oat– 1 cup light brown sugar– 2 teaspoons baking powder– 1 teaspoon salt– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon– 2 large eggs, lightly beaten– 1 cup milk– 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted– 3/4 cup peeled, chopped apple– 1/2 cup fresh blueberrie– 1/2 cup fresh or canned peaches, chopped– Additional milk and chopped fruit for serving

Mix oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large basin. Mix clumps with a wire whisk.

In a smaller bowl, mix milk, melted butter, and softly beaten eggs (I crack the eggs and use a fork). Whisk.

Stir the milk mixture into the oatmeal until incorporated.
Mix in the fruit gradually.
