Hawaiian Roll Meatball Sliders Recipe

These oven-baked Meatball Sliders have sweet Hawaiian rolls, meaty meatballs, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and a garlic powder and Italian seasoning-seasoned buttery coating. The most easy meal idea your family will love is Hawaiian Roll Meatball Sliders!  

– Meatball Slider – 12 Hawaiian rolls  – 24 frozen meatball – 1½ cups pasta sauce – 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese – Butter Topping – 2 tablespoons butter melted – 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce – 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning – 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Pre-heat the oven to 350℉. Cover a 12"x17" or 9x13 baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Set aside.

Keep the rolls attached as you cut them in half lengthwise with a serrated knife. Layers of top and bottom slider buns will result.

Put the bottom slider buns on the pan. Keep top slider buns for later.

Cut each meatball in half for 48 pieces. Place 4 half meatballs on each slider roll. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the meatballs and pasta sauce.

Step 4

Cover with top slider buns and push down. Mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Italian spice, and garlic powder. Brush it on top slider buns using a pastry brush.

Step 5

Bake until rolls are toasted and cheese melts, 15-20 minutes. If the tops are browning too much, loosely cover the baking pan with foil for the last 5 minutes.
