Our family favorite One Pot Mac and Cheese is done in 30 minutes on the stove with 4 cheeses! The creamy cheese sauce and elbow macaroni make this meal warm and tasty.
– 1 box (16 oz) elbow macaroni– 4 tablespoons butter– 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour– 1½ cups whole milk– 1/2 cup heavy cream– 4 ounces cream cheese– 4 ounces mild cheddar cheese shredded– 4 ounces monterey jack cheese shredded– 1/3 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese– 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Drain the pasta in a colander and rinse under cold water. Reserve it. Add butter and flour to the same saucepan over medium-high heat.
