No Churn Peach Swirl Ice Cream Recipe 

Easy No Churn Peach Swirl Ice Cream requires only 4 ingredients. It pleases peach and ice cream lovers.  If using pureed fresh peaches instead of Peach Jam, use extremely ripe ones for optimum flavour.   

INGREDIENTS

– 1 cup peach jam or 1 cup peeled, pitted, pureed peache – 2 cups heavy cream – 14 ounce can condensed milk (1 ¼ cups) – 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP-1

Make and refrigerate the jam the day before. Whip cream and vanilla to medium peaks.   

STEP-2

Do not overwhip. Add condensed milk to cream and fold.   

STEP-3

Half the mixture goes into a 2-quart pan like this 8x8 square pan. Spoon jam on cream randomly.  

STEP-4

Top with remaining cream. Spoon jam randomly again after turning the pan 90°.  

STEP-5

Briefly stir the mixture with a small spatula or knife.   Freeze at least 6 hours.  Deeper dishes take longer. About 6 cups yield.
