Oven-baked Loaded Potato Casserole Recipe

Cheesy Bacon Potato Casserole is a delicious, cheesy, and creamy potato casserole that makes a great side dish or dinner. Comfort cuisine the whole family will love!  

– 2 pounds russet potatoe – 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup – 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese – 1 cup sour cream – 1/2 cup whole milk – ½ teaspoon garlic powder – ½ teaspoon onion powder – ½ teaspoon kosher salt – ¼ teaspoon black pepper – 8 slices bacon – 1/3 cup sliced green onion – 1/3 cup plain breadcrumb

Warm the oven up to 375℉. Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with food spray that doesn't stick. Put away.

To prepare the potatoes, cut them into cubes measuring half an inch in size.

Diced potatoes, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper should be completely blended in a big bowl.

Step 3

Add cooked bacon and green onions to the bowl and mix. Pour the potato mixture into the baking dish and distribute evenly. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.

Step 4

Bake until the potatoes are soft, fork-tender, and golden brown, about 1 hour.

Before serving hot, sprinkle the saved crumbled bacon and sliced green onions over top.
