– 12 large egg – 1 cup cold water – Ice bath

Put one cup of cold water into the Instant Pot's plate. Inside, put the wire steam rack.

Slowly put 12 big eggs on the wire rack. Cover with the lid and turn the valve so that it says "sealed." Set the timer for 5 minutes on HIGH pressure by hand.

After cooking, let the pressure relax naturally for 5 minutes. Turn the valve to'venting' to relieve pressure.

Remove the cover and gently place the eggs in the ice bath for 5 minutes with silicone tongs. Remove the eggs from the cold bath and peel them immediately (the shell should come off easily).
