This pumpkin turkey chilli recipe is healthy and filling, and it only takes 20 minutes to make. Ideal for fall.
INGREDIENT
– 2 Tablespoons olive oil– 1 medium onion, diced– 1 green pepper, diced– 3 cloves garlic, minced– 1 1/2 teaspoons salt– 2 teaspoons ground cumin– 1 pound ground turkey– 1 (15-oz.) can diced tomatoe– 1 (15-oz.) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained– 1 (10-oz.) can condensed tomato soup– 1 cup water– 1 (15-oz.) can pumpkin purée– Sour cream, for garnish (optional)– Chopped scallions (green parts only), for garnish

INSTRUCTION
Set a big pot with a heavy bottom (a Dutch oven) over medium-low heat. First put in the olive oil. Then add the peppers, garlic, onions, cumin, salt, and ground turkey.

Cook the turkey until it's done. Besides the chips, sour cream, and onions, add the rest of the ingredients.

Slowly cook the chilli over low heat for about 30 minutes, or until the peppers and onions are soft. Add salt and pepper to taste.
