Simple Classic Cheddar Cheese Ball Recipe

Cheese snobs may dislike it, yet cheddar cheese balls are the most traditional and popular snack. You know the cream cheese ball with shredded cheddar, seasoning, chives, and chopped almonds for crunch. 

Ingredient

– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened – 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese – ½ teaspoon garlic powder – ½ teaspoon onion powder – 2 tablespoons diced chive – ½ cup sliced almond

Direction

In a food processor, blend the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and chives until they are all mixed together.

Make a ball out of the cheese mixture by placing it on plastic wrap and then using the wrap to shape it.

Refrigerate for a minimum of one hour and for a maximum of twenty-four hours.
