Simple CLASSIC KEY LIME PIE RECIPE

This key lime pie has a homemade graham cracker crust, creamy sweet-tart filling, and whipped cream. It looks great but is easy to make! 

– 1 and ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (180 grams) – ⅓ cup granulated sugar (65 grams) – 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted and slightly cooled (85 grams)

Ingredient

FOR THE KEY LIME PIE FILLING: – 1 cup key lime juice (240 ml) – 2 (14-ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk – 5 large egg yolk

Direction

Butter covers graham cracker crumbs when mixed with sugar and melted butter. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate. Measure cup-packing the dish's bottom and sides.

Bake crust 8–10 minutes. Crust cooled for 10 minutes while filling. Durable greased graham cracker crust. Sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, and lime juice.

Put filling in prebaked graham cracker crust. Bake 20 minutes: Finish when pie top is set but jiggly. Heat from cooling cooks and sets the pie. Relax for 5–6 hours.
