Skinny Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

Low-fat cream cheese and sour cream replace mayo in this skinny spinach artichoke dip. This appetizer is perfect for parties!

INGREDIENTS 

SERVINGS: 4 SERVINGS – 8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese , softened – 1/2 cup low fat sour cream (or fat free) – 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese – 1 cup mozzarella cheese , divided – 1-14 oz. can artichoke hearts , drained and rinsed – 1-10 oz. package frozen spinach , thawed – 1/2 tsp. minced garlic – 1/4 tsp. salt – 1/8 tsp. pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Set aside a small baking dish (I used a smaller dish, you can use an 8x8-inch pan) sprayed with cooking spray.

Step 1

Drain, rinse, and coarsely chop artichoke hearts. Squeeze excess water from frozen spinach and set aside. Mix cream cheese and sour cream with a hand or stand mixer until smooth.

Step 2

Combine parmesan, 1/2 cup mozzarella, garlic, salt, and pepper. Combine. Stir in spinach and artichoke hearts.

Step 3

Put the mixture in the baking dish and top with the remaining 1/2 cup cheese.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 

Step 4

15-minute oven heat. Broil the cheese for another minute or two to brown.Serve now.
