Smoked Turkey Salad from my takeaway shop was produced quickly. This entrée salad is made with smoked turkey and a few easy-to-find ingredients.Serve it with chilled cantaloupe or watermelon and nice bread for dinner!

INGREDIENTS

Smoked Turkey Salay – 4 ounces pecans (114 grams) – ⅔ cup dried cherrie – ⅔ cup celery, cut – 1 pound smoked turkey (454 grams) – 4 ounces bleu cheese, (114 grams) Salad Dressing – ¾ cup mayonnaise – 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce – ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper or to taste – ½ teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP-1

Smoked Turkey Salad Heat the oven to 350°F. Toast pecans in a single layer on a baking sheet for 7–9 minutes until aromatic and darker.

STEP-2

Cool fully. Chopped coarsely. Check out my piece on chopping nuts faster. Set aside.

STEP-3

Cut dried cherries in half. Soak them in boiling water until softened. Expel the water.

STEP-4

Cube the turkey into ½" squares. Mix turkey, cherries, celery, bleu cheese, and pecans. Mix well.

STEP-5

Salad Dressing Mix mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Add to salad and combine well.

STEP-6

Test for salt and cayenne. Mayonnaise and smoked turkey are salty, so I rarely add more. To make it spicier, add cayenne. Making this the day before lets the flavours blend.
