– 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil– 1 yellow onion finely diced– 1 red bell pepper diced small– 1 lb ground beef– 3 garlic clove– 2 teaspoons chili powder– 1 teaspoon cumin– ½ teaspoon paprika– ½ teaspoon oregano– ½ teaspoon kosher salt– ¼ teaspoon black pepper– 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce– 1 can (15.25 oz) corn drained– 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilie– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce– 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
