The Best French Bread Pizza with Burrata Recipe

Instead of ordering pizza, make this quick and easy recipe for The Best French Bread Pizza with Burrata.  

INGREDIENT

– 1 loaf French or sourdough bread, halved lengthwise – 2/3 cup homemade or store-bought marinara sauce – 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese – 1/2 cup sliced green pepper – 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni – 8 oz. burrata – Italian seasoning, for garnishing

INSTRUCTION

Warm the oven up to 425°F. Put parchment paper on the bottom of a baking sheet. Cover both halves of the bread with the tomato sauce and spread it out well.

Step 1

Shred the mozzarella cheese and put it on each half of the bread. Then add the green peppers and pepperoni on top.

Step 2
