Air Fryer Turkey Burgers Recipe

These turkey burgers cooked in an air fryer taste great, are juicy, and don't take long to make. They're quick and good for you to make for dinner during the week.   

– 1 pound ground turkey – 2 teaspoons soy sauce – 1 teaspoon lemon juice – 1 teaspoon minced garlic – 1/4 cup plain breadcrumb – 1 teaspoon onion powder – 1 teaspoon dried parsley – ½ teaspoon kosher salt – ½ teaspoon black pepper – ¼ teaspoon paprika

Put the ground turkey into a bowl that you can mix. Put in the chopped garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Toss gently to mix.

Mix breadcrumbs, onion powder, parsley, kosher salt, pepper, and paprika into ground turkey. Add all items and mix.

Shape four equal pieces of ground turkey into quarter-pound round patties. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.

Step 3

Cook the patties in the air fryer at 400℉ for 5 minutes. After flipping, cook patties for 5 more minutes until internal temperature reaches 165℉.

Step 4

Put a slice of cheese on each patty and seal the air fryer basket. Allow the cheese to melt in the warm air fryer for two minutes without turning it on.

Step 5

Rest the burgers for a few minutes before serving.

Step 6

Serve on sesame seed buns with green leaf lettuce, red onion, and tomatoes. Add your favorite ketchup, mayo, or pesto.
