Tuna Egg Salad Recipe

This Tuna Egg Salad has protein, flavor, and easy ingredients! It makes the perfect lunch or no-oven dinner. Tuna salad with egg makes fantastic lettuce wraps or toasted bread sandwiches.  

– Creamy Dressing – 1/3 cup mayonnaise – 1 tablespoon dijon mustard – ¼ teaspoon onion powder – ¼ teaspoon sea salt or kosher salt – ⅛ teaspoon black pepper – Tuna Egg Salad – 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna in water drained – 2 stalks celery  – 1/2 cup chopped dill pickle – 2 hard-boiled egg

Put all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix them together until the dressing is smooth and creamy.

Put the drained tuna in a different bowl and use a fork to break it up into small pieces.

Stir the celery and pickles together after adding them. On top, add the creamy sauce and mix everything together.

Add the chopped hard-boiled eggs and mix well. Put them in leaf wraps, on a bed of lettuce, or toast some bread and make a sandwich.

Serve right away. If you want to serve the tuna egg salad cold, you can also put the bowl in the fridge with a lid or plastic wrap on top for one to two hours.
