Apple Butter scotch Monkey Bread  Recipe

People of all ages will enjoy this fun and tasty take on monkey bread. It is very simple to make because the dough is frozen, it has chunks of apple inside, and a sweet butterscotch glaze on top.  

– 3/4 cup light brown sugar – 1 box (3.4 oz) cook n' serve butterscotch pudding – 20 frozen bread dough roll – 1½ cups peeled & chopped Gala apple – 1/2 cup chopped pecan – 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter

Put the dry butterscotch pudding mix and brown sugar in a small bowl and mix them together. Put away.

Prepare a 10-inch bundt pan with cooking spray. Place 10 frozen rolls at the bottom.

After coating the rolls with half the dry pudding sugar mix, layer half the diced apple, pecans, and butter cubes. Layer again.

Step 3

Take pan out of the fridge 1½ hours before serving. Allow rolls to rise to the top of the bundt pan in a warm place.

Step 4

Preheat oven to 350. Remove plastic wrap and bake 35-40 minutes.

Step 5

For the last 15 minutes of cooking, loosely cover the bundt pan with tin foil to prevent the rolls from burning. Invert bundt pan onto serving platter after 10 minutes of cooling.
