– 1 bag (9.75 oz) Nacho Cheese Dorito– 3 cups cooked chicken– 1 can (15 oz) black beans drained & rinsed– 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup– 1 cup sour cream– 1 cup salsa– 1 cup frozen corn– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese– 1 teaspoon chili powder– ½ teaspoon cumin– ½ teaspoon garlic powder– Kosher salt & pepper– For Serving/Garnish– Chopped fresh cilantro– Sliced green onion

Warm the oven up to 350℉. Use cooking spray on a 9x13 baking pan. Put away.

In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, black beans, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salsa, frozen corn, 1 cup of shredded cheese, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Make sure everything mixes. Salt and pepper as needed.

Make sure that everything is mixed. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover the bottom of the baking dish with half of the crushed Doritos chips.

Cover Dorito chips with chicken mixture. Top the chicken mixture with the leftover Doritos nacho chips.

Add the remaining 1 cup shredded cheese. Bake 25–30 minutes until casserole is bubbling, chips are toasted, and cheese is melted.
