Chocolate-Peanut Butter Pretzel Tart Recipe

INGREDIENT

FOR THE CRUST: – 1 1/4 cups cups finely crushed pretzel – 3 Tablespoons confectioners’ sugar – 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour – 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted – 1 large egg yolk FOR THE FILLING: – 9 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped – 2/3 cup heavy cream – 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter – 1 Tablespoon light corn syrup – Large-flake sea salt, for topping

INSTRUCTION

MAKE THE CRUST:- Heat the oven to 350°F. Mix crushed pretzels, confectioners' sugar, flour, butter, and egg yolk in a medium bowl.

Step 1

Apply the mixture equally to the bottom and sides of a 9-inch tart shell. After 12 minutes, remove the crust from the oven and allow it cool.

Step 2

MAKE THE FILLING:- Use a medium bowl for chocolate. Heavy cream, peanut butter, and corn syrup in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Remove mixture from heat after simmering.

Step 3

Set the cream mixture on top for 8 minutes to melt the chocolate. Whisk ingredients until smooth. If not melted, stir chocolate every 20 seconds in the microwave until smooth.

Step 4

Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled tart shell. Set the dessert in the fridge for an hour to harden the chocolate. Top with sea salt, slice, serve.
