FOR THE CRUST:– 1 1/4 cups cups finely crushed pretzel– 3 Tablespoons confectioners’ sugar– 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour– 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted– 1 large egg yolkFOR THE FILLING:– 9 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped– 2/3 cup heavy cream– 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter– 1 Tablespoon light corn syrup– Large-flake sea salt, for topping

INSTRUCTION
MAKE THE CRUST:- Heat the oven to 350°F. Mix crushed pretzels, confectioners' sugar, flour, butter, and egg yolk in a medium bowl.

Step 1
Apply the mixture equally to the bottom and sides of a 9-inch tart shell. After 12 minutes, remove the crust from the oven and allow it cool.

MAKE THE FILLING:- Use a medium bowl for chocolate. Heavy cream, peanut butter, and corn syrup in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Remove mixture from heat after simmering.

Set the cream mixture on top for 8 minutes to melt the chocolate. Whisk ingredients until smooth. If not melted, stir chocolate every 20 seconds in the microwave until smooth.

Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled tart shell. Set the dessert in the fridge for an hour to harden the chocolate. Top with sea salt, slice, serve.
