Cinnamon Roll Apple Monkey Bread Recipe

Apple cinnamon roll monkey bread is a sweet, pull-apart bread that bakes nicely in minutes. Crisp pecans, juicy apples, and delicious canned cinnamon roll dough. Autumn-appropriate flavor combination.  

– 2 can (13 oz each) Pillsbury Flaky Cinnamon Roll – 1 tart apple, chopped small – 1/4 cup chopped pecan – 1/2 cup sugar – 1½ teaspoons cinnamon – 4 tablespoons butter melted

Place bundt cake pan in 350° oven and coat with cooking spray. Slice each cinnamon roll in four.

Stir cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. In another small bowl, mix chopped apples, pecans, and 1/4 cup cinnamon-sugar.

Make sure all apples are coated. Half of the apple mixture should be in the bundt pan. Dip half of the cut cinnamon roll biscuits in the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture and place atop the apples.

Top with leftover apple mixture. Dip and cover the remaining cut cinnamon roll biscuits in cinnamon sugar on top of the apples.

Melt butter and drizzle on top. Cook 35–38 minutes. To avoid burning the top, loosely cover the bundt pan with tin foil for the last 10 minutes.

After cooling for a few minutes, transfer the bundt pan onto the serving dish.

Monkey bread with cinnamon roll can frosting. Pour frosting into a Ziploc bag, cut the corner, and drizzle for lovely lines.
