Easy Homemade Cinnamon Rolls Without Yeast


Before you start making Easy Homemade Cinnamon Rolls Without Yeast, preheat your oven. This is a quick and easy recipe that everyone in the family loves.  


FOR THE DOUGH: – 2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for rolling out dough – 2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder – 3 Tablespoons white sugar – 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt – 3/4 cup whole milk – 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter, plus more for greasing baking dish FOR THE FILLING: – 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar – 2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon – 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter, melted FOR THE FROSTING: – 4 oz. cream cheese, at room temp – 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temp – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted



MAKE THE DOUGH AND FILLING:- Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Mix milk and butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Cook until butter melts. (Alternatively, microwave milk and butter.   


Step 1

Mix the milk mixture and flour with a spatula until mixed. After flouring your work surface, knead the dough for 1 minute until it forms a smooth ball. Add flour if the dough is sticky, but don't over knead.  


Step 2

Leave the dough covered loosely with a moist towel for 15 minutes. Heat the oven to 350°F. Butter an 8- or 9-inch baking dish.  


Step 3

Lightly dust your work surface and roll the dough into a 10x14-inch rectangle.  Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture over melted butter-brushed dough.  


Step 4

Roll the dough tightly into a log from the long end. Slice the log into 9 rolls after trimming the edges. Place rolls in oiled baking dish.  


Step 5

Bake the rolls for 25–30 minutes until pale brown and cooked through. While rolls bake, make icing.  


Step 6

MAKE THE FROSTING:- Mix cream cheese and butter in a large bowl. Beat the ingredients until smooth with a handheld mixer, then add the vanilla and beat until mixed.  


Step 7

Beat in confectioners' sugar until blended. After baking, let the rolls cool before icing and serving.
