Giant S’mores Stuffed Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie Recipe

A massive S'mores Stuffed Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie with the best chocolate chip biscuits and S'mores in the centre. The perfect weekend dessert. With one skillet, pantry items, and little effort, this enormous cookie is made. Every bite has graham crackers, marshmallows, and milk chocolate. Enjoy this large croissant with oven-fresh ice cream.  

Ingredient

– 2 sticks (1 cup) salted butter, at room temperature – 1/2 cup dark brown sugar – 1/4 cup granulated sugar – 2 large eggs, at room temperature – 2 teaspoons vanilla extract – 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour – 1 teaspoon baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt – 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chip – 4 squares graham crackers broken into bite-size piece – 8-10 marshmallow – 2 Hershey Chocolate Bars broken into piece – 1-2 ounces semi-sweet or dark chocolate chunk – 1 Pinch flaky sea salt (optional)

Start with an oven that is 350 degrees. Grease a 10–12-inch oven-safe pot with a little oil.

In a big bowl, mix together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Add eggs one at a time and beat until well combined. Cream the vanilla in by beating it in.

Salt, baking soda, and flour should be added. Add the chocolate chips. In the pan, put a third of the dough. Add Hershey's bits, graham crackers, and marshmallows to the top of the dough.

Spread the extra cookie dough carefully over the chocolate and marshmallows. It's okay if the dough doesn't reach the marshmallows.

Put the pan in the oven for 20 to 22 minutes if you want the middle to be soft, or for 22 to 25 minutes if you want the cookie to be set.

Take out of the oven and let cool for three to five minutes. If you want, add sea salt. Get a scoop of ice cream and start eating.
