You don't need a deep pan for this quick and easy Healthy Egg Roll in a Bowl recipe. You can use any protein you like.
INGREDIENT
– 2 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil– 2 teaspoons sesame oil– 1 pound ground turkey, chicken, pork or beef– 1 Tablespoon minced garlic– 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger– 1/4 cup sliced scallions, plus more for serving– 3 cups shredded Napa cabbage – 1 cup shredded carrot– 3 Tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce– 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce– 4 fried or poached egg– Black sesame seeds, for serving

INSTRUCTION
Place the big skillet over medium-low heat and add the olive oil and sesame oil. Next, add the ground turkey. Break up the turkey with a spoon as you cook it for 7 to 10 minutes, or until it's fully cooked.

Step 1
Put the garlic, ginger, and onions in the pan. Cook for two minutes, stirring every now and then.

Step 2
Put in the cabbage, carrots, soy sauce, and Thai sweet chili sauce. Cook, stirring every now and then, for about 5 minutes, or until the cabbage is soft and the carrots are wilted.

Put some of the mixture in each bowl, and then add the fried eggs on top of each one. Add a little sweet chili sauce and sesame seeds to the top of each bowl, and then serve.
