One Pan Creamy Parmesan Ranch Chicken Recipe

Almost effortless, One Pan Creamy Parmesan Ranch Chicken. This simple, delicious dish will please everyone. Homemade ranch seasoning, salsa verde, cream, broccoli, and parmesan cheese make creamy ranch-seasoned chicken. 

– 2 pounds small boneless chicken breasts or thigh – 4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature – 1 tablespoon dried parsley – 1 tablespoon dried chive – 2 teaspoons dried dill – 2 teaspoons garlic powder – 1/2 teaspoon paprika – 1 yellow onion, chopped – 1 cup salsa verde – 2 tablespoons pickled jalapeños (optional) – 1 cup heavy cream, or canned coconut milk – 1 cup grated parmesan cheese – 2 tablespoons cold, salted butter, sliced – 3 cups chopped broccoli

Heat the oven to 400°F.

Mix chicken, cream cheese, parsley, chives, dill, garlic powder, and paprika in a baking dish. Salt and pepper to taste.

Pour salsa verde, jalapeños, and cream/milk over the chicken and onion. Add 1/2 cup parmesan. Make it creamy and mixed.

Butter, then broccoli, on top. Bake chicken for 30–40 minutes until cooked. Mix gently. Top with 1/2 cup parmesan.
