Quick and Easy Skillet Brownie Recipe

With this easy-to-make brownie recipe, you can make a sweet treat that everyone will enjoy. You can top it with your favorite ice cream.  

INGREDIENT

– 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted, plus more for greasing skillet – 1 cup white sugar – 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder – 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract – 1/4 teaspoon salt – 3 large eggs, at room temp – 1 cup all-purpose flour – 1 cup chocolate chips, chunks or nuts, plus more for topping – Ice cream or confectioners' sugar, for serving

INSTRUCTION

Warm the oven up to 350°F. Butter should be used to grease a 10-inch pan. Melt the butter and add the sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt. Mix them together in a big bowl using a whisk.

Step 1

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each one. Just until the flour is mixed in, fold in the chocolate chips.

Step 2

Place the batter in the oiled pan and spread it out so that it's a smooth layer. Add some more chocolate chips on top.

Step 3

Place in the oven and bake for 30 to 34 minutes, or until the middle is just set. Once you take the pan out of the oven, put the brownie on top of the ice cream and serve right away.
