You can beat takeout with this simple recipe for Quick Orange Chicken and Broccoli. It will be ready in 30 minutes or less.
INGREDIENT
– 2 medium orange– 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce– 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar– 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar– 1/2 teaspoon crushed red chili flakes (optional)– 1 Tablespoon cornstarch– 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil– 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, diced– 1 Tablespoon minced garlic– 4 cups broccoli florets

INSTRUCTION
Zest and juice oranges. Mix ½ cup orange juice and 2 tablespoons orange zest in a medium bowl.
