INSTRUCTION
Mix the prawns with Chinese five-spice powder in a medium bowl until evenly covered. Stir in the orange juice, zest, soy sauce, vegetable oil, garlic, chilli flakes, and 1 teaspoon kosher salt.

Refrigerate the prawns for 30–2 hours covered. Heat a sauté pan on medium-high. Add the prawns in batches and heat for 1 minute per side until done. Serve the prawns on a platter.

Mix sour cream, lime juice, and ½ teaspoon kosher salt in a small bowl. Pour sauce over prawns and serve with tortillas, radishes and avocado.
