The Ultimate Flank Steak Marinade Recipe

INGREDIENT

– 1 (1 1/2- to 2-pound) flank steak – 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce – 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar – 1/2 cup vegetable oil – 3 Tablespoons honey – 4 cloves garlic, minced – 2 Tablespoons minced fresh ginger – 3 scallions, thinly sliced

INSTRUCTION

Add the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, oil, and honey to the bag after putting it in a big bowl.

Step 1

It's time to add the garlic, ginger, and onions. Put the steak in the bag and turn it over to cover it with the marinate. Then, close the bag.

Step 2

Marinate the steak in the fridge for at least 10 hours, or overnight. Take the steak out of the fridge when you're ready to cook it and heat up your cooking surface (grill or stovetop grill pan).

After taking the steak out of the marinade, remove the liquid that is still there, and sear each side of the steak until it's done the way you like it. Cut the steak across the grain and serve after 5 minutes of rest.
