For the Dough:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Prepare the Dough:

  • Both the all-purpose flour and the salt should be mixed together in a large mixing bowl. Make a well in the middle of the dish, and then pour the olive oil and warm water into the well.
